Shipping Policy
If the item you order is currently in stock and is ordered on a business day, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that the color or size that you ordered is out of stock and we are not able to deliver by your designated wear date, you will be notified by a Starlet Staff member.
The day that you receive your order will depend on the shipping method that you choose during checkout as well as the item destination. Standard shipping is five (5) to seven (7) business days. We ship items as soon as possible, however, sometimes Overnight or 2nd Day shipping does not guarantee that the item will arrive at that time.
Please keep in mind that because this is a special occasion store, you should order your item as soon as you can prior to your event so that you have time for alterations and time for us to get the item from the designer. Many designers take thirty (30) to ninety (90) days to deliver an item.
Payment Options
Our checkout center requires your credit card information at the time of purchase. At the time of your sale, our credit card processor will Authorize your credit card account. This verifies that the required funds are available to make your purchase. Once PromStarlet.com is confident that the funds are available and the item will be available in time for your event, PromStarlet.com will charge your credit card for the total amount.
Sizing Questions
Confused about what size to order? Do not worry, each dress has it's own size chart. Just click on the Size Chart Prompt on each Dress Item Page for the Size Chart for that dress designer. You will need to take your measurements with a tape measure for accurate measurements. Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of the items sold, PromStarlet.com WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on any items.
*We can exchange items for a different color or size in the same style, but we CANNOT guarantee that the item will be available, if NOT you will be required to keep the original item. IN ADDITION, AN EXCHANGE FEE OF $100.00 WILL APPLY! All exchanges must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number that you can request from the Starlet Staff via our customer contact form. Please make sure the number is clearly visible on the outside of the box in which you are returning the item. Please be advised that during Prom Season exchanges may take two (2) weeks or longer. PromStarlet.com does not exchange items after the wear date given by the customer during checkout.
*If an item arrives damaged it may ONLY be exchanged for the same style, color and size. Remember all exchanges must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number that you can request from the Starlet Staff via our customer contact form. Please make sure the number is clearly visible on the outside of the box in which you are returning the item.
You MAY NOT cancel any order once it has been sent to www.PromStarlet.com.
We encourage all customers to refrain from ordering the item until you are positive that you want the item.
Dress Availability
Dress availability can change daily as Prom Season hits its peak. Make your selection as early as possible. We have a very large inventory of prom dresses that is constantly replenished throughout the year. If we are temporarily sold out of your dress choice, a specific size or color after you have ordered, we will notify you immediately.

Your online credit card information is secured with industry-standard encryption.
Wear Date/Event Date
In our checkout center, there is a place for you to enter your event date. You should indicate the LAST DAY that you are willing to receive your order. If Starlet Bridal is unable to deliver by this date, you will be notified by e-mail that the order was canceled. If you pay for Standard Shipping, please note that delivery will take five (5) to seven (7) business days within the Continental U.S. We suggest that you request expedited shipping if you need your dress at a sooner date.
